She is a second generation Realtor, whose parents Ed and Bev Wisch of Ocean Pines, began “The Wisch Team” over 25 years ago.  Combined with her passion for people, attention to detail, hard work and almost 20 years of knowledge and experience in real estate, Wendy loves helping both buyers and sellers in their real estate transactions.  Her certification in home staging sets her apart from many agents as she is able to help prepare a seller’s home for eye-catching photos and videos. Wendy received her SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation as her parents were downsizing, and has since assisted many clients, friends, and family members with transitioning.

Wendy is a graduate of North Central College, Naperville IL , with a major in Psychology and a minor in Art, but returned to her roots on the East coast shortly after graduation in 1984.  In her free time, Wendy enjoys spending time with her family, which includes six grown children, three granddaughters and her Bernedoodle, Ozzie and cat, Ziggy. Additionally, Wendy’s hobbies include painting both in acrylics and on furniture, event planning, home decorating, gardening, and cooking for family and friends.
